Key Responsibilities for the Payroll Specialist:

• 
  
• Process weekly payroll for union and non-union employees
• 
  
• Maintain accurate payroll records, deductions, and employee data
• 
  
• Administer union payroll, fringe benefits, and dues calculations
• 
  
• Ensure compliance with prevailing wage and certified payroll requirements
• 
  
• Reconcile payroll reports and assist with payroll-related audits
• 
  
• Collaborate with HR, accounting, and project teams to resolve payroll discrepancies
• 
  

Qualifications for the Payroll Specialist:

• 
  
• 2+ years of payroll processing experience
• 
  
• Must have union payroll experience
• 
  
• Must have construction industry experience
• 
  
• Knowledge of certified payroll, prevailing wage, and related compliance requirements preferred
• 
  
• Proficiency with payroll software and Microsoft Excel
