Key Responsibilities for the Payroll Specialist:

• Process biweekly payroll accurately and efficiently
• Support payroll audits, reconciliations, and reporting activities
• Research and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries
• Assist with compliance, deductions, and payroll-related analysis
• Contribute to payroll system enhancements and implementation projects

Qualifications for the Payroll Specialist:

• Payroll processing experience required
• Strong Excel and data management skills
• Experience working with payroll systems or HRIS platforms
• Exposure to payroll compliance, audits, or multi-state payroll environments preferred
