Expectations:
Using independent judgement provides professional level support in maintaining the payroll configuration and design across systems (Workday and Ultimate Kronos Group) during the UKG project implementation. This includes identification of appropriate solutions, development of implementation schedules in close collaboration with EIS, and overseeing/managing resource work efforts and allocations to achieve project goals. Serves as a subject matter expert in the functional area of payroll and assists with ensuring data integrity, developing system testing plans, testing of system changes, analyzing and auditing data, report writing, system configuration, analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities, and end-user training/change management.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree in computer science, accounting, business or related field preferred.
LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:
Preferred:
Workday Pro Certification in Payroll, Absence Management, or HCM
CPP certification or equivalent advanced payroll compliance experience
Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP).
Process Improvement certification (e.g., Six Sigma Green/Black Belt)
Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci)
