PAYROLL TAX ANALYST
We're hiring a Payroll Tax Analyst in Englewood, Colorado. This role ensures compliance with payroll tax reporting and withholding requirements across multiple states and jurisdictions. The Payroll Tax Analyst will process daily, monthly, and quarterly tax filings, maintain tax setups, and research changing laws and rates to ensure accuracy.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree preferred
2+ years of experience in multi-state payroll tax preparation
Knowledge of local/county and paid family leave withholding tax issues (PA, OH, KY, MI)
2+ years of payroll processing experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and ability to solve complex multi-state payroll tax issues
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
The physical activity and work environment required for this role includes:
Sitting for extended periods in an office environment
Frequently standing, walking, stooping, reaching, climbing, bending and reaching
Manual dexterity for computer use, files and office equipment
Occasionally lifting objects weighing up to 50 pounds
Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
