CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking Payroll Tax Analysts for an opportunity with a growing HCM organization in The Woodlands area. This role supports payroll tax operations in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and is ideal for candidates with hands-on payroll tax processing experience in multi-state environments.

Responsibilities:

• Process payroll tax deposits, filings, and payments across multiple jurisdictions
• Research and resolve payroll tax discrepancies by working with clients and tax agencies
• Prepare quarterly and annual payroll tax filings, including electronic and paper returns
• Support compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations
• Respond to client and internal payroll tax inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate payroll tax records and documentation across systems
• Assist with tax account setup, updates, and reconciliation activities
• Collaborate with internal teams to support payroll tax processing and workflow improvements

Requirements:

• 3+ years of payroll tax processing or payroll tax analyst experience
