Payroll Tax Associate

This is an onsite position 100%.

Description
We need candidates specializing in "backend" payroll or after payroll has been processed. This position is looking for candidates that have strong payroll tax processing experience.

Skills:Previous work with state agencies
Work on tax notices, work with tax providers, power of attorneys, and 3rd party authorizations
Has multi-state tax experience
Microsoft Office Suites (Excel)
Communication: Clear and effective communication
Attention to Detail: Ensuring all aspects of the project are thoroughly considered and executed
Education:High school with at least 2-3 years payroll tax experience
Solid foundation of payroll taxes- federal, state and Fica taxes
Tax filing exp- payroll tax filing
Attention to detail
Fast paced
Project exp- testing exp
Top skills:Attention to detail, self-motivation, consistency
Team culture- Internal tickets communicating with outside tax vendors, testing, and attending meetings
Requires strong written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, professional, and grammatically sound corporate-level English content for audiences at all levels, including stakeholders.
