Job Description
Our client, a Retail Pharmacy company, is looking for a Payroll Tax Specialist for their Cumberland, RI/Hybrid location.
Responsibilities:
- Payroll Tax related Mail Sorting onsite and other administrative items.
- Helping in company registrations.
- Payroll Tax Notice research and resolution.
- Account Numbers research, clean-up and updates.
- State, Local, Unemployment and federal tax registrations.
- Adhoc items - as needed.
Requirements:
- We are looking for a Payroll Tax Specialist to handle payroll tax related mail management, company registrations and other administrative tasks.
- Verifyable High School Diploma or GED Required
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in SharePoint, ADP SmartCompliance.
- Experience in multi-tasking and strong analytical skills.
- 2+ years experience in US Payroll Tax.
- Associates Degree
