Title: Payroll Transformation PM
Location: Durham, NC (Onsite)
Duration: 6 months
Pay Range: $60 - $65/Hour on W2/C2C (All inclusive)

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Senior Payroll Transformation PM will lead the end-to-end payroll transformation program| ensuring all phases from planning to deployment are executed effectively.
They will coordinate with various teams| manage budgets| and prepare executive reporting.
The role involves driving payroll process design and testing| as well as managing stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
Additionally, the PM will identify risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure project success.
Essential Skills: Experience with ADP-to-Oracle migrations is preferred.
Familiarity with U.S. and U.K. payroll systems is advantageous. Certifications in PMP| Agile| or Scrum are beneficial.
Knowledge of advanced Client 365 tools is a plus. Experience with enterprise planning tools like Smartsheet is also desirable.
Candidates must have extensive experience in payroll transformation| particularly with Oracle Cloud Payroll.
Strong project management skills are essential| along with the ability to manage complex stakeholder environments.
Knowledge of payroll operations and compliance is critical.
Experience with budget management and financial reporting is also required.
Familiarity with global payroll processes is a must.
