About the Role

As a Shipping and Fulfillment Associate, you will package and ship medications, ensuring all processes are completed accurately and efficiently while maintaining a clean, safe work environment. You will communicate with delivery providers and support pharmacists and pharmacy technicians to ensure medications are stored and shipped safely and correctly. The role demands high attention to detail, reliability, and excellent communication skills, with adherence to all safety and legal standards.

Variety of 10-hour shifts, Monday through Sunday

Key Responsibilities

• Package and ship medications accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and safe pharmacy environment
• Communicate with delivery providers and management regarding shipping needs
• Handle and store medications safely, complying with regulations
• Support pharmacists and technicians with distribution tasks
• Ensure high standards of professionalism, ethics, and compliance

Key Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to remain stationary for 50% of shift
• Ability to frequently move boxes weighing up to 20 pounds
• Strong communication skills
• Dependable and detail-oriented
