Job Summary (List Format): Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Java/J2EE & AI/ML)

- Design and develop enterprise-grade backend systems using Java/J2EE (Spring, Spring Boot, RESTful services).
- Build and maintain full-stack applications by integrating backend services with modern front-end frameworks.
- Architect and implement AI-augmented, Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions in production systems.
- Develop and evaluate NLP and GenAI solutions, including prompt engineering and model orchestration.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, analysts, and engineers to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Apply software engineering best practices (clean architecture, design patterns, unit testing, code reviews).
- Lead or influence technical decisions in high-risk, high-uncertainty environments.
- Ensure solutions comply with governance, security, and quality standards.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and ensure production readiness and observability of AI-enabled applications.
- Utilize hands-on expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring/Spring Boot, RESTful API design, and scalable enterprise system development.
- Integrate AI/ML and LLM services with Java-based applications; employ practical Agentic AI patterns (autonomous agents, tool invocation, multi-step reasoning, memory/context management).
- Work with prompt engineering, model evaluation, and AI solution productization.
- Use Python for ML/AI workloads and model integration as needed.
- Employ experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Demonstrate passion for CI/CD, automation, and production monitoring.
- Collaborate effectively, communicate clearly, and work independently with minimal guidance.
- Translate complex business needs into practical technical solutions.
- Adapt to fast-paced, ambiguous environments and emerging technologies.
- (Nice to Have) Experience with frontend frameworks (React, Angular), conversational AI platforms, and responsible AI/model monitoring frameworks.
