PB - Warehouse Associate - Rollovers

Now hiring a Warehouse Associate in our client's distribution center located in Hutchins, Tx. This temp-to-hire position offers weekly pay, day-one benefits, and the opportunity to convert to a full-time role based on performance and business needs. Shifts vary, providing flexibility to fit your schedule, with a pay rate of $19.50 per hour. About the Role
Assist in daily warehouse operations by maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment. Responsible for supporting various warehouse functions such as packaging, shipping, receiving, inventory replenishment, and order picking. Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure that goods are accurately loaded, unloaded, and stored, adhering to safety protocols. Perform general warehouse duties including sanitation, stock reallocation, and maintaining equipment to promote efficient workflow. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to handle repetitive tasks in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Pay Rate
Up to $20.75/hr

Available Shift Times

• Sunday - Wednesday, 8:00am - 7:00pm
• Wednesday - Saturday, 8:00am - 7:00pm
• Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
• Monday - Friday, 6:00pm - 3:00am

Key Responsibilities

• Package and ship customer orders
• Receive, count, and inventory incoming products
• Reallocate inventory to proper locations
• Conduct monthly inventory counts for accuracy
• Load and unload trucks
• Regularly lift up to 70 lbs

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Must pass drug test and background check
• Capable of working quickly and accurately
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks
