Job Overview

This position involves handling a high volume of calls, managing after-hours communications, and serving as the primary contact point for USC Keck Medicine, Norris Cancer Hospital, and USC academic medical centers. You will play a key role in voice, paging, and emergency communication services, ensuring seamless interaction with our organization, business partners, and the community.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Professional verbal communication and active listening skills
• Strong customer service skills and phone etiquette
• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Completion of all onboarding requirements, including background and employment verification
• Immunization documentation (MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B)
• Drug screening (9 Panel, No THC)
• HIPAA training acknowledgment

Preferences

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Familiarity with call management systems
• Experience in a medical or healthcare setting
