Overview: Responsible for serving as front-line support for the Patient Connection Center within Piedmont Healthcare. The Patient Connection Associate IV is responsible for scheduling complex, and specialized procedures (i.e. Surgery, IR, Recurring services) and coordinating multiple resources for patient services. Work Experience

  • 2 years of experience demonstrating proficiency in scheduling OR preregistering patients within basic services Preferred
