What you'll do

Your impact will include:

  • assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, eating and mobility

  • Observing and reporting changes in residents' health to licensed nurses

  • obtain and document vital signs

  • supporting residents' physical and emotional well-being with compassion and consistency

  • transporting, lifting and repositioning residents safely using appropriate lifting techniques and equipment

  • maintaining clean and safe resident environments, including restocking and sanitizing areas

  • assisting with isolation procedures and following all infection control protocols

  • collaborating with nurses, therapists, and other caregivers to ensure quality care delivery

What you'll bring

  • current Kentucky CNA certification (active and in good standing)

  • strong attention to detail and observation skills

  • ability to work independently or as part of a team

  • reliable, flexible, and committed to resident-centered care

  • excellent communication skills with residents, families and staff

  • empathy, respect and professionalism in every interaction

  • physical ability to lift, move and assist residents as needed

  • successful completion of pre-screening hiring requirements
