The Opportunity

We are adding a Quality Inspector who will operate CMM and/or FARO equipment and, as needed, perform programming within PC-DMIS. You will validate parts through first article, in-process, and final inspections, ensuring rigorous compliance to drawings, customer requirements, and internal processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct first article, in-process, and final inspections using CMM, FARO arms, calipers, micrometers, height gauges, V-blocks, and related instruments.
  • Flag and document nonconforming conditions; support corrective actions.
  • Produce accurate inspection documentation and batch reports with complete traceability.
  • Maintain and help schedule calibration for inspection equipment; ensure measurement integrity.
  • Partner with machinists to uphold top-tier quality as the shop expands.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational training preferred.
  • AS9100 and ISO 9001 experience required.
  • Minimum 1 year as a Mechanical or Quality Control Inspector in a CNC machine shop or similar manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
  • Hands-on experience with precision measurement tools and inspection methods.
  • Detail orientation, organized documentation, and independent problem solving.
  • Team-oriented communication skills.

Schedule & Overtime

  • Openings on 1st and 2nd shift
  • Flexible scheduling; overtime is common—most team members work 50–60 hours per week
