Imagine starting your day by loading a Hexagon CMM, opening PC-DMIS, and refining a measurement routine so a complex aerospace part can move from first article to full production with zero ambiguity. You’ll own the metrology workflow—from programming and troubleshooting to documenting AS9102 FAI packages—so our machinists, customers, and auditors all see the same truth in the data.

What you’ll do

  • Create, optimize, and troubleshoot PC-DMIS programs for Hexagon CMMs.
  • Plan, execute, and manage First Article Inspections (FAIs) and documentation in accordance with AS9102.
  • Perform visual and dimensional inspections using optical, mechanical, and CMM equipment aligned to aerospace standards.
  • Collaborate on root cause analysis, PFMEA, and continuous improvement using Lean principles within an AS9100 quality system.

About you

  • 3–5 years of hands-on PC-DMIS programming experience (required).
  • Background with aerospace machined components (required).
  • Strong command of GD&T; able to interpret and apply feature controls (required).
  • Reliable, team-oriented, and committed to high work standards (required).
  • Lean Six Sigma training (preferred).

Communication & physical requirements

  • Speak English clearly and follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Lift up to 50 pounds; excellent hand–eye coordination and dexterity.
  • Normal vision (not color blind) and hearing for safety-sensitive work.
