This role is responsible for the deployment, replacement, configuration, and support of enduser computing devices, ensuring minimal disruption and an exceptional customer experience. Required Skills & Experience
1-3+ years of experience in desktop support, PC refresh, deployment, or help desk support
Experience supporting Windows 10/11 environments
Strong understanding of PC hardware, imaging, and enduser device configuration
Familiarity with Active Directory (password resets, basic account/device management)
Experience with ticketing systems and IT documentation
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to deliver a whiteglove experience in a professional or corporate environment
