Now Hiring PC Repair Technician

Location: Houston, TX

Pay Rate: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

You know your way around tools, machines, and tough jobs. We're hiring a PC Repair Technician who can troubleshoot, repair, and keep the shop running strong.

Requirements

• Punctuality and reliable attendance are essential
• Computer knowledge preferred; candidates without experience must be trainable
• Ability to meet daily productivity goals
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
• Comfortable working in a quiet, focused environment
• Ability to lift 15-25 lbs.
• Must pass a 7-year clean background check
• Must pass a 9-panel drug screen
• Professional appearance required (presentable jeans and shirt)
• Closed-toe shoes required
• Visible tattoos, earrings, and gauges are not permitted
• Personal cell phones must be secured in lockers during the workday while employed as a temporary associate

Job Duties

• Repair and troubleshoot desktop computers at an individual workstation
• Diagnose and resolve hardware issues using company-provided tools
• Work efficiently to meet daily production goals of 15 or more computers per day
• Follow company quality standards and repair procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Use computers and internal systems to complete repair processes
• Communicate professionally with supervisors regarding work assignments
• Perform additional duties as assigned
