The Department of Technology is seeking (1) PC Support Specialist - Temp to join the already awesome team taking the School of Public Health to the next level of excellence!

HERE IS WHAT YOU WILL DO
The PC Sysytem Speclist (Temp) will be responsible for:
Deploy, troubleshoot, and maintain computer systems in the School of Public Health.
Leverage software imaging and deployment tools (SCCM and JAMF) to install/update OS and applications on Windows and Mac computers.
Document the maintenance conducted on hardware and software in the ticket tracking system (ServiceNow).
Provide technical support for audio/video and other specialized hardware as needed (e.g., computers and audio/video systems in classrooms, conference rooms, and event venues, etc.)
Perform tasks as assigned; other duties as assigned.
