Job Description
Required Qualifications- 4–6 years of experience in desktop/PC support or a related technical support role.
- Strong experience supporting PC hardware, software, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365 Suite, and Outlook.
- Experience supporting Apple macOS environments.
- Familiarity with Oracle client-based applications.
- Experience with Active Directory and networking equipment.
- Knowledge of Ethernet cabling and networking protocols such as TCP/IP.
- Experience with Device Provisioning (Windows Autopilot).
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications- CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications preferred.
- Experience with CAD software and technical drawings is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in an onsite support environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends when testing schedules require support.
