As PC Technician, you will support and manage all end user hardware and software technology. This position will work independently in a team environment to install, configure, troubleshoot and manage end user software and equipment used to serve our members and employees. • Manage help-desk requests and technical documentation by logging calls, opening and updating tickets, documenting solutions and procedures, and supporting help-desk staff with technical questions
    • Support technology infrastructure and assets by maintaining physical inventory daily, troubleshooting end-user devices, and assisting with technology rollouts and upgrades
    • Identify opportunities to improve technology processes and performance while staying current on technology trends and providing a responsive, solutions-focused experience that protects the confidentiality of employee and member information

We are looking for a combination of:

    • Hands-on experience installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining PCs, laptops, peripherals, and software in an enterprise environment
    • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues and determine appropriate solutions or escalation paths
    • Experience with PC imaging, software deployment, patching, and device provisioning
    • Two or more years of experience providing PC, desktop, or end-user technology support preferred
    • Strong desire to collaborate and contribute as part of a team, working closely with the Systems team and other departments to solve problems and achieve shared goals
    • Experience working with help-desk or ticketing systems
    • Familiarity with network connectivity, printers, peripherals, and basic cabling
    • Ability to manage multiple requests, adjust priorities, and stay organized in a changing environment
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset
    • Drive to make a positive impact on the technology experience of employees and members
    • Associate degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
    • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and protecting company and member information
