About the Role:
Join Silver Care LLC as a PCA/CNA and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients in Norfolk, VA. We are seeking compassionate individuals who are dedicated to providing exceptional personal care and support in a nurturing environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life.
Monitor and document client health status and report any changes to the nursing staff.
Administer medications and follow care plans as directed by healthcare professionals.
Help with mobility and transfers to ensure client safety and comfort.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
Collaborate with team members to provide high-quality care and support.
Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

Current PCA or CNA certification in Virginia.
Previous experience in personal care or healthcare settings preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compassionate, patient, and reliable demeanor.
Must pass background checks and drug screening.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Basic first aid and CPR certification is a plus.
