About the Role:
ComForCare Home Health Care- Baltimore/Carroll is looking for compassionate and dedicated PCAs, HHAs, and Caregivers to join their growing team in Randallstown, MD. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of clients by providing essential in-home care and support. Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
- Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure safety and comfort
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed to meet nutritional needs
- Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, cleaning, and tidying living spaces
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
- Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors
- Assist with medication reminders and follow individualized care plans
Requirements:
- Current PCA, HHA, or CNA/GNA certification preferred or relevant experience
- COVID-19 Vaccination required
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of caregiving experience
- Prior experience in home care, assisted living, or a related healthcare setting is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate, patient, and client-centered approach
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work flexible scheduling including evenings or weekends
