PCB Assembly Operator (Electronics Manufacturing)

Kable Workforce Solutions is seeking precision-minded PCB assembly talent for our client in Florence, KY. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire role on 11-hour continental shifts where your craftsmanship helps build reliable electronic products.

A Day in the Role

• Follow visual work instructions to place and assemble electronic components on printed circuit boards.
• Perform repetitive, detail-oriented assembly steps with consistency and care.
• Conduct visual checks to verify correct placement, insertion, and overall quality.
• Use barcode scanners and small hand tools as part of standard workflow.
• Label, handle, and organize parts and finished boards for smooth line flow.
• Replenish parts bins to keep production moving.
• Record output and progress accurately throughout the shift.
• Adhere to safety, quality, security, and production procedures.
• Maintain a tidy, efficient workspace using 5S principles.
• Collaborate with manufacturing supervisors and line leads; assist with additional tasks as needed.

Pay & Schedule

• 401A – 1st Shift | $18.00/hr
  Sunday–Tuesday + every other Wednesday
  5:00 AM–4:30 PM OR 6:00 AM–5:30 PM
• 402B – 3rd Shift | $20.70/hr
  Sunday–Tuesday + every other Wednesday
  5:00 PM–4:30 AM OR 6:00 PM–5:30 AM
• 403C – 1st Shift | $18.00/hr
  Thursday–Saturday + every other Wednesday
  5:00 AM–4:30 PM OR 6:00 AM–5:30 PM
• 404D – 3rd Shift | $20.70/hr
  Thursday–Saturday + every other Wednesday
  5:00 PM–4:30 AM OR 6:00 PM–5:30 AM

Note: Final shift time will be provided on the first day.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Comfort reading and understanding simple written instructions and correspondence.
• Able to follow basic one- or two-step directions accurately.
• Solid basic math skills: whole numbers, fractions, decimals, percentages, and ratios.
• Excellent hand–eye coordination and manual dexterity for small-part work.
• Stand for the full duration of the shift.
• Lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Lift cartons above shoulder height, up to approximately 8 feet.
• Capable of bending, twisting, squatting, kneeling, climbing, crouching, crawling, pushing, pulling, and stooping.
• Work well independently and as part of a team.
