PCB Electronics Assembler - $19+/hr


Location: North Houston Area
Pay: Starting at $19.00 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-5:00 PM

LINK Staffing is hiring an experienced PCB Electronics Assembler for a full-time opportunity with an established electronics manufacturing operation in the North Houston area.


This position is ideal for someone who has worked with printed circuit boards, electronic components, detailed assemblies, soldering equipment, small hand tools, and quality inspection procedures.


This is a detail-focused electronics position. Qualified candidates must be comfortable handling small components, following precise work instructions, completing repetitive technical tasks, and inspecting their work for accuracy.

What You Will Do

  • Assemble printed circuit boards and electronic components

  • Follow work instructions, diagrams, assembly drawings, and production orders

  • Identify, position, and install electronic parts

  • Perform component placement and basic soldering as assigned

  • Use small hand tools and electronics assembly equipment

  • Complete wire, connector, and component installations

  • Inspect circuit boards and electronic assemblies for workmanship and accuracy

  • Check for missing, damaged, loose, or incorrectly positioned components

  • Perform basic testing and verification of completed assemblies

  • Report quality problems, damaged components, or incorrect materials

  • Maintain accurate production and quality documentation

  • Handle electronic components carefully

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

  • Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures

What We Are Looking For

  • Previous electronics assembly, circuit board assembly, or soldering experience

  • Experience working with printed circuit boards and small electronic components

  • Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions

  • Experience using hand tools and electronics assembly equipment

  • Basic soldering experience strongly preferred

  • Ability to inspect detailed assemblies for quality and accuracy

  • Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

  • Ability to perform precise and repetitive work

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to remain focused while working with small components

  • Reliable attendance and ability to work the full schedule

  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
