This is a high-impact, customer-facing role focused on driving new product applications and revenue growth for printed circuit board assemblies (PCBA). You'll partner closely with OEMs to identify opportunities, lead technical sales discussions, and position tailored electronics solutions within rugged, high-performance applications.

The company partners with leading OEMs across lawn & garden, agricultural equipment, marine, and power sports markets to deliver innovative, durable solutions that support next-generation equipment design and functionality.

Description

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow PCBA business across the U.S.
  • Identify and secure new opportunities within target sectors (lawn & garden, agriculture, marine, power sports)
  • Serve as the technical sales lead, supporting customers from concept through production
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to align customer requirements with product capabilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with OEMs, engineering teams, and key decision-makers
  • Drive specification of PCBA solutions into new and existing platforms
  • Conduct onsite customer visits, product presentations, and technical reviews (expect ~40-60% travel)
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field (preferred)
  • 3-8+ years of experience in technical sales, applications engineering, or business development within electronics/PCBA
  • Strong understanding of PCB/PCBA design, manufacturing processes, and applications
  • Proven ability to sell into OEM environments and manage long sales cycles
  • Excellent communication skills-able to translate technical concepts into business value
  • Self-starter with a track record of driving growth and building client relationships
