Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
2+ years (or adjust as needed) of PCB design experience
Proficiency with PCB design tools (e.g., Altium Designer, UCamCo, Eagle, KiCad, or OrCAD)
Strong understanding of circuit design principles and electronics fundamentals
Experience with multilayer PCB design and high-speed layouts
Knowledge of manufacturing processes (DFM/DFA)
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop PCB layouts for analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuits
Create and maintain schematics, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and fabrication/assembly drawings
Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and firmware engineers to ensure design integration
Perform signal integrity, power integrity, and thermal analysis
Ensure compliance with industry standards (EMI/EMC, safety, manufacturability)
Work with manufacturers to support prototyping, testing, and production
Troubleshoot and resolve PCB-related issues during development and production
Optimize designs for cost, reliability, and performance
