Step into the lab where products earn their trust.

Each shift begins at a clean, ESD-safe bench. You bring up automated and manual test stations, load fixtures, and run in-circuit and functional tests that prove our printed circuit boards (PCBs) and electronic assemblies are ready for the field. When a unit flags a fault, you dive into the details—tracing signals, interpreting schematics, and isolating the issue at the component or system level—so production can keep moving with confidence.

What you'll handle

  • Run and support both automated and hands-on electronic test equipment throughout production.
  • Execute in-circuit testing (ICT) and functional verification to validate quality and performance.
  • Troubleshoot failures down to the component or full-assembly level and document corrective actions.
  • Perform routine calibration, setup, and preventive maintenance on test systems and fixtures.
  • Adhere to established test procedures, quality requirements, and safety practices.
  • Record all results, defects, and retests accurately in MES or comparable test data systems.
  • Partner closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to resolve issues and optimize throughput.
  • Maintain an orderly, ESD-controlled workstation to protect sensitive hardware.

What makes you a strong fit

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Associate degree, diploma, or certification in Electronics or Electrical Technology.
  • Working knowledge of electronic components, circuit behavior, and functional test concepts.
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and test documentation.
  • Comfort with tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and functional testers.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.

Preferred extras

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with Automated Test Equipment (ATE) or functional test platforms.
  • Background in equipment calibration, setup, or maintenance.
  • Basic soldering and electronic rework experience.
  • Familiarity with data collection or test software systems.

Schedule

  • 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday to Friday.

Technical proficiencies

  • Troubleshooting skills
  • Printed circuit board (PCB) components
  • Surface-mount rework (SMT)
  • Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
  • Blueprint reading
