The Naturalist will undergo two weeks of comprehensive training to become competent in the essential skills necessary to perform service tasks. Additional training will occur on a day-to-day basis to continually improve the member's knowledge. The member will become familiar with environmental interpretation, behavior management, identification of Iowa flora and fauna, and basic animal husbandry of on-site animals. Essential Functions: -Present audience-appropriate environmental education programming -Facilitate outdoor recreation activities -Maintain accurate program data -Engage audiences in conversations to promote environmental stewardship
