What Youll Do:- Provide high-quality patient care on the PCU float pool during night shifts
- Float within units of similar or lower acuity as needed
- Manage patient assignments with a focus on safety and comfort
- Administer medications, IV starts, and other nursing procedures
- Document care accurately in Epic EMR system
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient outcomes
What You Need:- Ohio RN license (or eligible)
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Minimum 2 years of RN clinical experience in a hospital setting (1-2 years considered with review)
- Proven skills in IV starts, telemetry, and Epic EMR experience preferred
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
