What You’ll Do

• Provide direct patient care to adults with hematology and oncology diagnoses, primarily acute leukemia cases.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and interpret telemetry data, including rhythms and dysrhythmias.
• Administer IV therapies, blood products, and manage central lines and PICC lines.
• Assist with feeding tube care, medication administration, and rapid response teams.
• Follow infection prevention and fall prevention protocols diligently.
• Document patient care accurately using EPIC electronic medical records.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes across shifts.

What You Need
Required:

• Valid Ohio RN license
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum of 2 years overall acute care experience, including 1 year in PCU or similar unit
• Experience with telemetry monitoring, IV therapy, and central line management

Preferred:

• ONS Chemo Certification
• NIHSS certification
• Experience with infection control protocols and fall prevention
