What You’ll Do:
  • Monitor telemetry patients, ensuring cardiac stability and early detection of issues
  • Administer IVs, medications, and lab samples, following protocols
  • Provide patient education and support during recovery
  • Collaborate with healthcare team on patient care plans
  • Document interventions and patient responses using Epic EMR system
  • Respond promptly to changes in patient condition, following facility procedures
  • Maintain compliance with safety and infection control standards

What You Need:
  • Registered Nurse (RN) license for Ohio or eligible for licensure
  • 2+ years of nursing experience in an acute care or telemetry setting
  • Strong skills in IV placement, patient monitoring, medication administration, and lab procedures
  • Ability to pass telemetry monitoring skills assessment/test
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
  • Experience with Epic electronic health record system is preferred
