Your Role as a PCU RN:

As a PCU (IMCU) RN, youll play a vital role in bridging the gap between critical care and med-surg. Youll care for high-acuity patients recovering from surgery, cardiac events, or those requiring close observation. This role is ideal for nurses who enjoy complexity, collaboration, and constant growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess patient condition upon admission and throughout each shift

• Administer medications and monitor patient responses
• Document care accurately and promptly in the medical record‍️ -Perform provider-ordered procedures and interventions
• ️ -Serve as a patient advocate to ensure a compassionate, high-quality care experience
• Stay current on medications, equipment, and procedures related to cardiac and medical-surgical care

What You'll Need:

Active RN license (Associate Degree or Diploma in Nursing required) 1+ year of recent acute care PCU experienceER or 3+ years of acute Med-Surg also considered (must be recent)BLS

within 30 days of startACLS within 60 days of start Strong communication skills and a passion for patient care

Available Shifts:

Day Shift Rotating WeekendsNight Shift Rotating Weekends

Compensation & Perks:

Hourly Pay Based on Experience:

• $26.40$27.72 (01 YOE)

• $34.32 (78 YOE)

• Max $39.60 (15+ years of experience)

Night Shift Differential: +$4/hrSign-On Bonus: $15,000Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case basis ️
