You''ll Support Meaningful Work By:

• Lead new product development projects from concept through market launch, ensuring teams stay aligned on priorities, milestones, and deliverables.
• Build and maintain project schedules, resource plans, budgets and other project management tools that provide visibility and accountability.
• Facilitate collaboration across design, engineering, marketing, operations, and supply chain teams to move products successfully to launch.
• Guide teams through key project reviews, lead/facilitate decision making reviews and influence business priorities
• Monitor project risks, dependencies, timelines, and financial impacts to proactively identify issues and support informed decision-making.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance future project outcomes

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a product development-related field or military equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in project management.
• Minimum 4 years experience in product development or related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Familiarity with the product development lifecycle, including collaboration with engineering, design, supply chain, manufacturing, or related functions.
• Experience using Smartsheet or similar project management and planning tools.
• Demonstrated success influencing stakeholders, aligning cross-functional teams, and driving decisions without direct authority.
• Ability to evaluate project risks, tradeoffs, and financial impacts to support informed business decisions.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while balancing competing priorities.
• Demonstrated experience leading product development or other complex cross-functional initiatives.
