Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Make patterns and mock-up sample frames for New Product Development (NPD).
- Develop samples as well as production pieces with high attention to detail
- Produce high quality samples, built on time, using the best construction methods
- Make improvement accommodations for current upholstery
- Must be able to upholster, trim, complete skirt detail, make cutting patterns, and develop poly patterns
- Assist in documenting spec sheets for parts and materials (springs, webbing, poly, etc.)
- Generate products and services from inception to commercialization for customers
- Work closely with manager to develop prototypes for products.
