Mobile Health Specialist (Community Paramedic): Job Responsibilities<\/b><\/span>
<\/p>

• Home Visits:<\/b> <\/span>Conduct in -person home visits to manage acute illnesses and injuries.
  <\/li>
• Treatment & Collaboration:<\/b> <\/span>Provide treatment in line with evidence -based guidelines and collaborate with a multi -disciplinary team, including telehealth Emergency Physicians and care coordinators, to handle complex cases.
  <\/li>
• Risk Assessment:<\/b> <\/span>Identify risk factors, such as medication compliance, limited mobility, impaired nutrition, fall safety, and social isolation.
  <\/li>
• Documentation & Compliance:<\/b> <\/span>Maintain patient confidentiality, complete timely electronic records, and adhere to acute care standards.
  <\/li>
• Vehicle Requirements:<\/b> <\/span>Respond on an on -call basis using a personal vehicle, with the option to use a Care2U vehicle when available and pick up necessary equipment from designated locations.

        Requirements<\/h3>

        • Education:<\/b> <\/span>Valid NYS Paramedics Certification
          <\/li>
        • Experience:<\/b> <\/span>3 years of experience in 911, Interfacility or Community Paramedicine
          <\/li>
        • Certification:<\/b> <\/span>BCLS, ACLS, NYS Paramedic. Valid NYS drivers license
          <\/li><\/ul>

          Physical Demands:<\/b>
          <\/span><\/p>

          • Daily use of PPE and electronic documentation.
            <\/li>
          • Frequent, prolonged standing, walking, and patient/equipment transfers.
            <\/li>
          • Ability to carry a 30–40 lb backpack during patient visits.
