Staff at The Peach Cobbler Factory are responsible for serving guests, engaging all who enter the store, stocking all needed items for peak periods and ensuring the store is clean to set the right first impression!
Core Responsibilities
- Fulfillment: Fulfilling third-party delivery orders (e.g., DoorDash, UberEats) after the dine in lobby has closed guests minus curbside, pick up and take out.
- Sanitation & Deep Cleaning: Sweeping, scrubbing, mopping, and cleaning kitchen, dining, and restroom areas.
- Dish Management: Washing all baking dishes and utensils used during the day.
- Restocking: Replenishing ingredients and toppings at stations for the morning crew.
- POS: Comfortable running a register, counting back change and handling customer needs, wants and desire to create a raving fan!
- Inventory Prep: Utilizing FIFO (First In, First Out) methods and label dating for all food prep.
Skills & Requirements
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Reliability: High integrity and a strong work ethic, especially when working independently late at night.
- Communication: Ability to communicate with a diverse population
Positions Requirements and Pay
- This position pays $14.00- $15.00 an hour which includes tips
- This position requires employees to wear given uniform
- This position requires lack of need to be on cell phone while working
