Role Options:

Front of House (FOH) Peak Performer

Serve guests with speed, accuracy, and genuine hospitality during our busiest times.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service
• Create a welcoming and positive guest experience
• Maintain urgency while staying detail-oriented
• Support team flow during high-volume periods

Back of House (BOH) Peak Performer

Execute food preparation with precision and efficiency when demand is highest.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and assemble food to Chick-fil-A standards
• Maintain speed and accuracy under pressure
• Keep workstations clean, stocked, and organized
• Work as part of a high-performing kitchen team
