Outpatient Pediatric/Adult Neuro Clinic


Salary: Up to $105,000 depending on experience
Schedule: Full-time with rotating weekends


Breakthrough Intensive Physical Therapy is a therapist-owned outpatient clinic specializing in pediatric and adult neuro.


Unlike traditional clinics, our model focuses on longer, one-on-one treatment sessions (1–3 hours) so therapists can focus on meaningful progress rather than high patient volume.


We are looking for a Physical Therapist who wants to grow clinically while making a lasting impact on the lives of children, young adults, and their families.


What Makes This Role Different


  • One-on-one treatment model with sessions lasting 1–3 hours

Responsibilities


  • Provide one-on-one outpatient physical therapy for pediatric and adult neurological clients
  • Deliver treatment sessions ranging from 1–3 hours based on the client’s program
  • Develop individualized treatment plans focused on functional outcomes
  • Utilize specialized equipment and the Therasuit Method
  • Partner with families to support progress outside the clinic
  • Maintain timely documentation and collaborate with the clinical team
Qualifications


  • Active New York State Physical Therapy license (or ability to obtain within 3 months)
  • Interest or experience in pediatric and/or neurological therapy
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
New graduates with a strong interest in pediatric or neurological therapy are encouraged to apply.
