Start Date: May 18^th-22^nd, May 26^th-29^th,June 8^th-12^th, June 15^th-19^th, June 22^nd-26^th, July 13^th-17^th, July 20^th-24^th, August 10^th-14^th, August 17^th-21^st, September 14^th-18^th, 21^st-25^th, October 19^th-23^rd, October 26^th-30^th, November 9^th-13^th, November 16^th-20^th, November 23^rd-27^th, December 14^th-18^th, and December 21^st-23^rd
Setting: 457 Bed Hospital, Level 2 Trauma
Patient Volume: 25% Pediatric and 75% Adult
Job Details: 7am-5pm and call is 1:4, most cases are CRNA direction, open to Pediatric Anesthesia only as well
Required Procedures: Complex Pediatric cases will be solo without CRNA
Client Requirements: TX license or will reimburse for IMLC licenses after 10 shifts, BC/BE in Pediatric Anesthesiology and Anesthesiology
EMR: Epic
Delta Locum Tenens can assist with travel arrangements and credentialing and will cover malpractice.
