Our ideal Pediatric Behavioral Services Coordinator has a master's degree, is BCBA/BCaBA certified, and is familiar with ABA strategies, trauma-informed care, and positive behavior support (PBS) plans.

OUR TEAM NEEDS YOU!
Our Pediatric Behavioral Services Coordinator oversees behavior specialists in developing, implementing, and assessing positive behavior support plans for students with special needs. You'll participate in behavioral assessments and contribute to intake evaluations to develop intervention plans that align with best behavior analysis and trauma-informed care practices. You'll work with data to measure the effectiveness of treatment plans, identify areas for growth, and adjust strategies accordingly.
The students' progress is a top priority, and you'll participate in IEP and clinical team discussions to ensure consistency with all guidelines. You'll regularly analyze intervention data and advise specialists on what adjustments to make. This role plays an important part in team development, and you'll provide residential and educational staff with in-service training about related topics (i.e., ABA, crisis prevention, and behavioral interventions). You'll also assist with hiring, training, and evaluating behavior specialists, working closely cross-departmentally to ensure cohesive behavior support. You'll contribute to a professional and collaborative environment where teams come together to make great things happen!
