The Division of Pediatric Cardiology in the Duke Department of Pediatrics invites applications for a Pediatric Cardiac Geneticist. This position will be based within Duke Childrens Pediatric and Congenital Heart Center at Duke University Medical Center in Durham, North Carolina. This is an exceptional opportunity to join and help expand a nationally recognized, academically driven pediatric and congenital heart program within a premier academic health system.
The Pediatric Cardiac Geneticist will play a central role in the evaluation, diagnosis, and longitudinal management of children and adults with congenital heart disease and inherited cardiovascular conditions, potentially including cardiomyopathies, channelopathies, acropathies, and syndromic congenital heart disease. The successful candidate will work collaboratively across pediatric cardiology subspecialties and adult congenital cardiology, integrating genetic expertise into comprehensive cardiovascular care.
Qualifications:
Candidates with experience in multidisciplinary genetics clinics, variant interpretation, and genomic testing integration into clinical care are particularly encouraged to apply.
