Description Specialization:Pediatric CardiologyCritical Care Cardiology$ Salary Estimate: $110,000 - $150,000 / yearJob Summary:HCA HealthONE Rocky Mountain Children's is seeking two Advanced Practice Providers to join their growing Cardiac Intensive Care UnitQualified Candidates: Master's degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant programCurrent licensure and certification (BLS and PALS required; ACLS preferred)Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CICU) experience preferredPlays a vital role in delivering high-quality, family-centered care to critically ill pediatric and adult congenital cardiac patientsWorks collaboratively with cardiologists, intensivists, surgeons, nurses, and other team members, the APP manages complex patients across the continuum of care-from admission through discharge.Responsibilities include performing comprehensive assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and managing medications and therapies. APPs participate in daily rounds, respond to emergencies, and provide procedural support as needed.
