You’ll work alongside cardiologists and an interdisciplinary care team, using advanced imaging technology to deliver accurate, high-quality insights that support life-saving care.

What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
• Perform echocardiograms and advanced cardiac imaging studies (2D, 3D, Doppler) to assess cardiac structure and function
• Prepare and guide patients through procedures with clarity and empathy
• Capture and analyze high-quality images using specialized ultrasound equipment
• Develop clear, detailed reports for cardiologist interpretation
• Ensure proper equipment operation, calibration, and quality controls
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to support comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate documentation of imaging studies and patient records

What You Bring
Must-Have Qualifications
• Associate’s degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography (or related field)
• Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) through ARDMS (or equivalent certification)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Strong knowledge of cardiac anatomy, physiology, and echocardiographic techniques
• Ability to operate echocardiography equipment and imaging software effectively
• Excellent communication skills and patient-centered approach
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography
• 1–2+ years of echocardiography experience in a clinical setting
• Experience with advanced imaging modalities (e.g., 3D echo, Doppler variations)
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based academic medical environment
