Clinicians on assignment may visit the Atlantic City Boardwalk, the Lakota Wolf Preserve, and the Sterling Hill Mining Museum, which features glowing minerals and is open from March through December. Seasonal activities such as apple and pumpkin picking, corn mazes, and leaf-peeping are available during the fall months, and nature tours, scenic hikes, and historic sites are accessible throughout the area.
About the Clinician's WorkdayClinicians in this role will provide pediatric cardiology coverage on an alternating weekly schedule, totaling 40 hours per week. One week is dedicated to inpatient care with call responsibilities, followed by one week of outpatient clinic duties seeing 12 to 15 patients per day. Day shift coverage applies throughout the assignment, with call required during inpatient weeks. Board Certification in Pediatric Cardiology is required for all clinicians considered for this position.
