We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Certified Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in patient care and administrative support, ensuring that our clinic operates smoothly and efficiently. As a Certified Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients in both outpatient and inpatient settings, while also supporting the medical staff with essential administrative tasks.
Measure and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
Assist with patient examinations and procedures in both clinic and inpatient environments.
Provide emergency medicine support when necessary, ensuring patient safety at all times.
Maintain accurate patient records and assist with medical coding as required.
Prepare patients for examinations by explaining procedures and answering questions.
Administer medications as directed by healthcare providers.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Conduct routine laboratory tests and assist with diagnostic procedures.
Uphold cleanliness and organization within the clinic environment to promote a safe space for patients.

Certification as a Medical Assistant from an accredited program is required.

Familiar with VFC (Delaware immunization) a MUST
