JOIN A GROWING PEDIATRIC PRACTICE IN EUGENE, OREGON

Come be a part of an up-and-coming pediatric occupational therapy practice owned by two OTs who share a commitment to neuroaffirming, strengths-based care. Join a growing team in a beautiful brand-new clinic space!

The Role: Someone confident working with pediatrics!

  • Full-time, 40 hours/week
  • Part-time considered for exceptional candidates (minimum 25 hours/week)
  • Temporary position available also -- ask us for details!
  • Primarily clinic-based; community; home visits possible if desired!
  • Point-of-service documentation through EMR with a provided laptop
  • Accessible supervisor, strong mentorship
  • Front desk support for scheduling; therapists collaborate closely with admin
  • Caseload consistency is a priority—no surprises
  • Beautiful clinic space, with multiple private treatment rooms and shared spaces, with access to a full admin and billing team
  • 53-minute sessions

Burnout prevention is intentionally built into the structure!

Compensation & Benefits

  • Full-time $55,000-65,000/year salary 
  • Part-time: fee-for-service options open for discussion
  • Productivity bonuses!
