Qualifications:
You will need to hold a Master' s degree or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program and a current Indiana state Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain upon hire).
NBCOT Certification (or eligibility)
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Position Details:
Full time M-F; Flexible hours
Our compassionate team provides individualized family-centered care, integrating occupational, physical, and speech therapies to address a wide range of developmental needs. The clinician will need to be patient, creative, and enthusiastic about working with children and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
Pediatric experience preferred (new graduates with strong pediatric clinical rotations or passion for pediatrics are encouraged to apply).
Knowledge of developmental milestones, sensory processing, and evidence-based pediatric interventions.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Compassionate, patient, creative, and enthusiastic about working with children and families.
