Position Requirements & Hiring Conditions:- Virginia State Radiation Safety Certification: Must possess or obtain this certification independently on your own as a condition of employment.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Core Skills: Excellent communication, a gentle and approachable bedside manner, and strong attention to detail.
- Shift Rotations: Flexibility to rotate between Leesburg and Ashburn office are required.
Responsibilities:- Assist the dentist during pediatric dental procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow.
- Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment to maintain a safe environment.
- Help manage patient flow and schedule appointments efficiently.
- Educate children and parents on proper dental hygiene practices.
- Take and develop dental X-rays as needed.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Provide compassionate support to young patients to ease their anxiety.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure high-quality patient care.
