We are seeking a compassionate, motivated Pediatric Dentist (or General Dentist with extensive pediatric experience) to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a well-established practice with a strong referral base, experienced clinical support, and the ability to focus on providing outstanding patient care.
Position Details
- Position: Pediatric Dentist / Associate Dentist (Limited to Pediatric Dentistry)
- Location: Dallas, Texas
- Schedule: Full-time, 4 days per week (10-hour clinical days)
- Practice: Established Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics
- Patient Base: Infants, children, adolescents, and patients with special healthcare needs

Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for the following:
- Provide diagnosis and present a comprehensive professional dental treatment plan to your patients to help them achieve optimal oral health, using accepted clinical and radiological techniques.
- May arrange for referral to dental specialists when appropriate.
- Maintain a clean, sterile, and patient-centric working environment.
- Maintain strict compliance with State, Federal, and other regulations, (e.g, OSHA, WC, Dental Board, HIPAA, ADA, DOL, Employee Handbook).
Qualifications:
You will be required to possess the following:
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
- Active Texas dental license
- Specialty training in Pediatric Dentistry (preferred) or experience in pediatric dental care
- Commitment to providing high-quality dental care to children
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
