We are seeking a compassionate, motivated Pediatric Dentist (or General Dentist with extensive pediatric experience) to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a well-established practice with a strong referral base, experienced clinical support, and the ability to focus on providing outstanding patient care.

Position Details

  • Position: Pediatric Dentist / Associate Dentist (Limited to Pediatric Dentistry)
  • Location: Dallas, Texas
  • Schedule: Full-time, 4 days per week (10-hour clinical days)
  • Practice: Established Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics
  • Patient Base: Infants, children, adolescents, and patients with special healthcare needs

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Provide diagnosis and present a comprehensive professional dental treatment plan to your patients to help them achieve optimal oral health, using accepted clinical and radiological techniques.
  • May arrange for referral to dental specialists when appropriate.
  • Maintain a clean, sterile, and patient-centric working environment.
  • Maintain strict compliance with State, Federal, and other regulations, (e.g, OSHA, WC, Dental Board, HIPAA, ADA, DOL, Employee Handbook).
Qualifications:

You will be required to possess the following:

  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
  • Active Texas dental license
  • Specialty training in Pediatric Dentistry (preferred) or experience in pediatric dental care
  • Commitment to providing high-quality dental care to children
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Someone who is committed to continual personal and leadership growth
